PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DMC Unveils Astonishing Lamborghini Huracan STO Transformation

German automotive tuner DMC has once again pushed the boundaries of automotive design and performance with its latest creation – a remarkable facelift for the previous generations of the Lamborghini Huracan (LP610, EVO, and Performante), transforming them into the striking new Huracan STO. But DMC’s intention was not to create a mere replica; it was to provide an enhanced driving experience.

THE VISION

While the actual Huracan STO is a track-focused beast that can be challenging to handle on regular city streets or highways, DMC has taken the comfort of the standard Huracan and amplified it. The transformation begins with the bespoke aesthetics of the STO but goes even further by incorporating a range of performance enhancements.

THE PACKAGE

DMC has equipped the Huracan with a ZESAD Exhaust system, delivering an exhilarating and thunderous soundtrack. HRE Wheels has contributed a set of newly forged wheels, adding a touch of uniqueness. An ECU upgrade provides a significant power boost of 60HP and 30TW, elevating the Huracan’s performance capabilities to a mind-blowing 700 HP. To ensure optimal handling, DMC has also introduced a new suspension setup.

These upgrades are beautifully integrated with a meticulously crafted leather interior, using exquisite Italian materials, providing both comfort and luxury.

AERO-ACTIVE BODY KIT

The highlight of DMC’s transformation is the STO Body kit, meticulously crafted from Prepreg Carbon Fiber. But this kit is not just about aesthetics; it combines form and function seamlessly. The front fascia features a fully aero-active design, incorporating the STO front bumper and a new trunk with added air channels that transport the airflow out through the front hood, mirroring the original STO’s aerodynamic principles. Additional enhancements include vented front fenders, side skirts, a rear engine bonnet with an aero-scoop for improved cooling, and the imposing STO wing.

However, the rear fascia holds a surprise. While the rear bumper and diffuser exude the aggressive STO style, the center grill reveals a special touch. Instead of the usual S-T-O letters, the skilled engineers at DMC have laser-etched D-M-C into the metalwork, adding an exclusive easter-egg to this extraordinary transformation.

THE MINDSET

DMC’s Huracan STO conversion is a testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and delivering unparalleled driving experiences. With its striking appearance, exhilarating performance enhancements, and attention to detail, the DMC Huracan STO sets a new benchmark for automotive customization.

DMC Germany has been a renowned name in the world of Lamborghini customization and modification for over a decade now. Founded in 2009, the company has been consistently pushing the boundaries of design, engineering, and performance. With a team of highly skilled engineers and designers, DMC Germany has been responsible for some of the most exceptional Lamborghini modifications ever seen. And now, DMC Germany is proud to present its latest creation – the Lamborghini Huracan EVO3:

The Lamborghini Huracan EVO3 is the latest offering from the German engineers and it is one of the most impressive cars to come out of the company’s workshop yet. The car has undergone a range of modifications to enhance its performance, style, and aerodynamics. Let’s take a closer look at some of the standout features of the Huracan EVO3.

Improved Engine Performance:

The Huracan EVO3 is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine that has been modified by DMC Germany to produce an impressive 700 horsepower. This has been achieved through ECU modifications and the addition of a new Titanium exhaust system. The new exhaust not only improves performance but also produces a unique and aggressive exhaust note that will turn heads wherever you go.

New Carbon Fiber Front Hood:

DMC has designed a new carbon fiber front hood for the Huracan EVO3, inspired by the Huracan STO. The new hood is not only lighter than the stock hood but also features a closed design that prevents rainwater from entering the area underneath. The design is not only practical but also looks incredible, giving the Huracan EVO3 an aggressive and sporty look.

Carbon Fiber Air-scoops:

The Huracan EVO3 also features new carbon fiber air-scoops that replace the grills on the rear engine bonnet. The new air-scoops are not just for show but also serve a practical purpose. They are designed to suck air into the engine compartment, improving cooling and hence improving performance. The new air-scoops give the car a distinctive look, setting it apart from other Huracans on the road.

New Carbon Fiber Wing Spoiler:

The tuner has modeled the Huracan EVO3’s new carbon fiber wing spoiler after the Huracan EVO2 wing, but has slightly redesigned it to match the regular Huracan’s body width. This was done to comply with FIA regulations that state a wing can only be as wide as 92% of the car’s total width. The new wing spoiler not only looks incredible but also improves downforce and stability at high speeds.

The Lamborghini Huracan EVO3 is an impressive car that showcases DMC Germany’s expertise in design, engineering, and performance. We invite you to check out the photos and watch the video of the first DMC EVO3 to see the car in all its glory. For those who are interested in learning more about DMC Germany, you can visit their website at www.DMC.ag. DMC Germany has been setting the standard for Lamborghini modifications for over a decade and the Huracan EVO3 is yet another example of their dedication to excellence.

Ferrari Purosangue 2023 “Fuego” by DMC

DMC Ferrari Purosangue

Download / Watch related Media:

Summary:

  • Carbon Fiber on Cherry Red Finish
  • All aerodynamic body parts in OEM Exceeding Prepeg Carbon
  • Full Titanium Sport Exhaust
  • Fender Extensions by 3 cm

DMC’s journey into the Ferrari territory has just gotten bigger and the German tuners are taking a leap by adding the new Ferrari Purosangue to their line-up of tuning packages.

DMC is planning a sporty Carbon Fiber aero-kit and we don’t want you to miss the Concept Specs they just released.

GT3 inspired lines of the DMC carbon parts determine the strong styling of the new aerodynamic package for their Ferrari Purosangue. This includes the carbon lightweight aero front fenders with wheel arch louvers, and the particularly wide carbon side skirts. The front bumper’s front lip, the rear diffuser and the front hood design have not been modified, but they are replaced with ultra light-weight carbon fiber parts – an option that is not even available from OEM Ferrari yet.

The real eye-catcher however is the combo of 2 rear wings at the back: A  roof spoiler as well as a trunk lip duck wing complement the sportier look and are both TUV certified.

We wanted to give our clients the ability to add a bit more sport to the Purosangue – the car is very agile but it’s look lacks a bit of spice.

The DMC carbon parts replace the respective series components, making the car lighter. Take the OEM fenders off, replace them with DMC’s wider version. Same goes for the side panels and front lip. In addition, the carbon rear spoiler profile with DMC lettering integrated in the carbon fiber structure has a new striking shape and the wings considerably expand the Purosangue’s lines – this creates an unmistakable racing look. At the same time, the aerodynamic balance of the production vehicle is retained.

The scope of parts of the DMC carbon kit can be freely configured and enables Purosangue owners to match the vehicle, optionally in matt or high gloss visible carbon fiber.

Ready to rumble? The new DMC titanium sports exhaust system for the Ferrari Purosangue models.

When the roadside becomes the show-stage: DMC’s new sports exhaust system is set to let Ferrari’s SUV unfold its full soundscape and completes the individual and performance-oriented driving experience. Goosebumps guaranteed – wherever you go to.

At the push of a button, the valve-controlled sports exhaust system opens up a sound festival, making DMC the right choice for an extraordinary audible presence. The flow-formed Titanium sports exhaust system made by ZESAD GmbH in Germany, was specially developed for the Ferrari Purosangue. It’s Titanium appearance visually underlines the sporty character of the car.

New lightweight forged wheel: DMC Velocita.

The engineers have also designed new directional forged wheel that is available with plenty surface finishes – tailor-made for each vehicle. The wheel dimensions for the Purosangue are upgraded to 24″ at both the front and the rear axle.

Accurate 3D Scan & AR Technology

The original Purosangue was carefully 3D scanned by DMC, with an accuracy of 0.2 mm tolerance. This high-tech procedure of capturing objects into the computer ensures that all parts have a same or better fitment as the OEM equivalents from Stuttgart. Since the data is on DMC’s servers, it not only helps for the product development, but can also be used for Augmented Reality (AR) applications. In fact DMC has partnered up with Blockchain company www.Arcartera.com to let you preview their wing spoilers on your own car. Stay tuned for our next press releases, this is going to be an exciting one: They will be bringing the Metaverse to every car enthusiast’s home, no matter if you own the Ferrari or not! DMC is the first tuner world-wide that uses Web3 solutions such as AR and NFT. Earlier on this year they were the first one to accept crypto-currency as a valid payment method for their aerodynamic body kits.

Porsche 992 GT3 “Velocita” by DMC

DMC Porsche 992 GT3 Carbon Fiber Aero Kit replaces OEM Body Parts: Side View

Summary:

  • Carbon Fiber on Cherry Red Finish
  • All aerodynamic body parts in OEM Exceeding Prepeg Carbon
  • Full Titanium Sport Exhaust
  • Massive 175 cm FIA/TUV Wing

DMC’s excursion into the Porsche territory has just gotten bigger and the German tuners are taking a leap by adding the new 992 GT3 to their line-up of tuning packages.

Aggressive appearance: the new DMC Carbon Fiber aerokit.

GT3-RS inspired lines of the DMC carbon parts determine the strong styling of the new aerodynamic package for the 992 GT3 models. This includes the carbon lightweight aero front fenders with wheel arch louvers, the particularly wide carbon side skirts. The front bumper’s inner grill, the rear diffuser and the front hood design have not been modified, but they are replaced with ultra light-weight carbon fiber parts – an option that is not even available from OEM Porsche yet.

The real eye-catcher however is the massive 175 cm rear wing, a spoiler that is FIA conform and TUV certified.

We wanted to give our clients the ability to enjoy the GT3RS looks while not having to cope with the body-ache issues that car comes with. The regular GT3 offers much more comfort, and with DMC’s Aero-Kit it actually turns into a car that comes very news to the GT3RS appearance – or even goes beyond it.

The DMC carbon parts replace the respective series components, making the car lighter. Take the OEM fenders off, replace them with DMC’s version. Same goes for the bigger wing, which adds-on to the GT3’s original connection brackets.  In addition, the carbon rear spoiler profile with DMC lettering integrated in the carbon fiber structure has a new striking shape and the wing end plates are considerably expanded in the driving direction as well as downwards. This creates an unmistakable racing look. At the same time, the aerodynamic balance of the production vehicle is retained.

The scope of parts of the DMC carbon kit can be freely configured and enables 911 GT3 owners to match the vehicle, optionally in matt or high gloss visible carbon fiber.

Ready to rumble? The new DMC titanium sports exhaust system for the Porsche 911 GT3 models.

When the roadside becomes the show-stage: DMC’s new sports exhaust system lets the Porsche 911 GT3 unfold its full soundscape and completes the individual and performance-oriented driving experience. Goosebumps guaranteed – wherever you go to.

It’s Titanium appearance visually underlines the sporty character of the GT3 models.

New lightweight forged wheel: DMC Velocita.

The engineers have designed new directional forged wheel that is available with plenty surface finishes – tailor-made for each vehicle. The wheel dimensions for the Porsche 911 GT3 are 9.5 x 20 inches at the front and 12 x 21 inches at the rear.

Accurate 3D Scan

The original GT3 was carefully 3D scanned by DMC, with an accuracy of 0.2 mm tolerance. This high-tech procedure of capturing objects into the computer ensures that all parts have a same or better fitment as the OEM equivalents from Stuttgart. Lamborghini Revuelto imagined by DMC

Summary:

  • Aventador Successor imagined by DMC
  • Potential name Lamborghini Revuelto
  • Demo Car shown at dealers in December 2022
  • DMC Aero Kit already in planning

The Lamborghini Aventador will soon become obsolete, and its successor is rumoured to be called Revuelto. German Tuner DMC has made itself a name in the Lambo World, so it comes as no surprise that their designers are already working on how the new car could potentially look like – including some of their own DNA touches.

But let’s first recap what we know about the car that is supposed to replace the Aventador:

Lamborghini is readying a radical super-hybrid to follow up the Aventador, and recent spy shots gave us a fresh look ahead of its anticipated reveal later this year. It will become Sant’Agata’s first plug-in hybrid, setting the tone for an electric push, as Lamborghini prepares to end production of the V12-engined flagship, more than ten years since it launched. The brand stopped taking orders for the commemorative ULTIMAE EDITION in October last year.

Importantly, however, while its replacement will use an electrified drivetrain, it will take the bulk of its power from a large-capacity V12, in line with company boss Stephan Winkelmann’s commitment to the emotional value of its supercars.

He said last year that there is “a lot of emotion attached” to the twelve-cylinder engine, which he is particularly aware of, having been involved in the launch of the Aventador in his first stint as the boss of Lamborghini in 2011.

After the spy shots started making their rounds on the internet, DMC didn’t wait a second and started imagining what the actual car could look like. While there are plenty of elements from the recent Sian,  especially on the front end, the rear seems to be a completely new design.

We are proud to share the German tuner’s visualisation with you here today, which sticks mostly to the design elements that we discussed above. But there is one more thing they say, and so DMC couldn’t resist to add their iconic Rear Wing Spoiler onto the concept design.

Not many people have seen the actual car, some owners have confirmed that a demo car will be shown at selected dealers as early as December 2022. Until then, let’s use DMC’s design to imagine what soon might become a reality.

Maserati MC20 “Sovrana” by DMC

Maserati MC20 Carbon Fiber Aero Kit Side Banner

Watch the 4K video here (Behind the scenes)│ Watch the 4K Press Photos here

Summary:

  • Carbon Fiber on Cherry Red Finish
  • All aerodynamic body parts in OEM Exceeding Prepeg Carbon
  • Full leather interior matching Cherry Red
  • Power increase to 715 PS and 646 Nm

DMC has long been known as the specialist for refining luxury automobiles. The Maserati brand was first touched when DMC launched the Gran Turismo “Sovrano” in 2011. Now the stylish and sporty conversion of the Maserati MC20 is once again proof of the fact that DMC has excellent know-how when it comes to customising Italian premium sports cars.

In the first instance, the eye is drawn to the striking DMC bodywork modifications: a newly designed front fender with discreet GT3 Vents gives the front a significantly more sporty appearance, and the carbon fibre radiator grille highlights the famous Maserati trident in the centre of the grille. Additional air inlets and outlets enable the new light-construction bonnet to optimally regulate the temperature in the engine compartment.

Most significant however is the DMC Rear Wing, a Carbon Fiber Spoiler specially developed for the MC20. Its legs are custom CNC’ed from a block of forged aluminum and showcase half of the Maserati Trident.

The MC20 also seems much closer to the tarmac thanks to the drawn-down deep door-sills. The carbon fibre spoiler lip at the back, the carbon inlay for the integrated exhaust pipes in the rear apron and a diffuser complete the sporty look. All add-on parts are made from carbon fibre and are manufactured by DMC using autoclave prepreg processing.

To ensure extra focus to the sporty add-on parts, DMC uses progressive sport suspension in the front and rear axles, which lower the vehicle’s centre of gravity by around 30 millimetres. Contact to the tarmac is maintained by 255/30 R 20 front tyres and 305/30 R 21 tyres at the back.

DMC is the first manufacturer worldwide to market forged wheels exclusively for Maserati MC20 models and they are made by PUR Wheels in Canada. On request of the customer, these wheels are sprayed in the colour of the vehicle and decorated with black accents.

The Maserati MC20 and Cielo also gain power under the bonnet, thanks to DMC. A performance-optimised ECU, an air filter with increased air throughput and a sports exhaust system with two double-suction tail pipes enhance the performance of the V6 aggregates by 94 HP (series: 621 HP / DMC 715 HP). At the same time, the torque is increased by around 108 Nm compared to the series models (series 538 Nm  / DMC 646 Nm).

The interior features DMC’s own brand of upholstery. The finest materials have been processed in traditional top-quality craftsmanship to add that individual touch to the inside of the DMC MC20.

The leather used by DMC for the interior is hard-wearing yet exceptionally soft. The chequered stitch in the ornamental seams on the inside makes for elegance as well as sportiness. Wherever you look: expert handcraft, individual design and top quality. The aluminium pedals and new ergonomically designed sporty steering wheel are additional visual highlights.

DMC Rolls Royce Cullinan “Emperor” Wide Body

DMC Rolls Royce Cullinan Wide Body "Emperor"

CLICK HERE TO SEE & DOWNLOAD THE 4K PHOTOS

Summary:

  • Carbon Fiber on Cherry Red Finish
  • All aerodynamic body parts in OEM Exceeding Prepeg Carbon
  • Full leather interior matching Cherry Red
  • Power increase to 615 PS and 955 Nm

DMC Germany is proud to present a breath-taking conversion of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan called “Emperor”.
Once again, the German specialist for individualised luxury cars combines the finest materials of vehicle construction with superior engine performance, self-confident looks and opulent refinements in the noble interior, thus interpreting the royal and magnificent style of the Rolls-Royce brand philosophy in a stylish and unique way.

In order to meet the high standards of visual appearance and aerodynamics, DMC’s designers subtly reshaped the Rolls-Royce-SUV. The front was kept mostly original with only a new carbon fibre lightweight bonnet, giving the Cullinan a much more dynamic face. On the sides we can find wider wheel arches that add to the original body work, making the British Car 4 cm wider on each side. In addition, the side skirts have been redesigned so that on the one hand they calm the airflow on the flanks and on the other hand they make the Cullinan appear both lower and more elongated. To reduce lift forces at the rear axle, DMC’s engineers developed an elegant spoiler lip on the original tailgate and adapted it visually to the likewise redesigned rear apron. The selective use of carbon fiber components on the entire vehicle body all around further underlines the modern and superior look of the stately Cullinan. In combination with the elegant cherry red exterior and contrasting Carbon Fiber parts, the Rolls Royce becomes a harmonious whole that is unparalleled with the original Cullinan.

To match the powerful yet luxurious appearance of the Rolls-Royce, the German tuner uses multispoke wheels in 24-inch size, specially designed for DMC and made by PUR Wheels in Canada. Thanks to special aluminium alloys this particularly light forged wheel is not only approved for higher speeds but also for high loads. DMC recommends high-performance tyres in the dimension 295/30R24 on both, the front and rear axles.
With a powerful increase in performance, the automobile couturier also intervenes in the heart of the vehicle.

The scope of this engine upgrade includes a new engine management system and a sports exhaust. This results in new, very impressive performance data for the Cullinan’s V12-cylinder engine of 615 hp (standard: 571 hp) as well as an increased torque of 955 Nm (standard: 850 Nm). This speeds the race from 0 to 100 km/h to only 4.9 seconds. The top speed of the DMC Emperor has been increased to 282 km/h.

Only the finest materials are used in the completely new leather-covered interior: high-gloss polished lacquer surfaces in the cockpit shine in an elegant way and complement the full leather interior, which is stitched in wavy lines and completely in the Cherry Red color. Precisely worked embroidery of the DMC lettering in the seats and floor mats set additional accents.

As with all DMC complete conversions, all components on and in the vehicle are thus stylishly combined to form a perfect symbiosis of luxurious flair and maximum lifestyle demands of its discerning clientele from all over the world.

First Photos: DMC Ferrari Roma 2022

DMC Ferrari Roma Banner

Watch the video: CLICK HERE (4K YouTube)

Last December we showed you the renders of DMC’s 2022 new Ferrari. Now the car is on the street and first photos have emerged that we don’t want you to miss. Introducing the brand new DMC Ferrari Roma  “Fuego”!

The Roma is one of the latest models that Ferrari has launched, and it didn’t come without polarizing features. Some think it’s too much Aston Martin, while others have welcomed the new style. DMC, Super Car Tuner from Germany, decided to bring all sides together by creating a new Roma, that aims to please both sides. DMC started with an agressive engine tuning that unleashes a peak output of 708 hp and a peak torque of 888 Nm from the 3.9-liter twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine. This revised engine catapults the Roma to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and gives it a top speed 326 km/h. But the German engineers didn’t stop there. The DMC carbon aerodynamic-enhancement components not only support the additional power, but also create an aggressive looking beast. Professional 21-inch and 22-inch forged wheels, developed with Canadian rim manufacturer PUR WHEELS, optimally fill out the available space under the wheel arches. The German company’s range also includes suspension modifications as well as the customization of the interior tailored to the customer’s personal preferences.

DMC has has been performing engine tuning since 2009 to make super cars even more sporty. It has to be noted that the actual 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 in the bow of the Roma remains untouched, the performance upgrade was achieved in several steps. In order to optimize the power delivery further, the engineers of the tuner developed modified controls for the electronic engine management system. All output levels use a DMC control module, which introduces specifically calibrated mapping for injection and ignition. It also upgrades the electronic boost pressure control. These measures benefit more than just the power delivery. They also further optimize the throttle response and the powerful in-gear acceleration. When comparing with the stock Roma, the peak output of the eight-cylinder engine increases by 88 hp while peak torque grows by 128 Nm over the standard configuration. With 708 hp at 888 Nm, the Roma now sprints from 0 – 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a speed of 200 km/h after a jaw dropping 8.9 seconds. The top speed is in excess of 325 km/h. And this is supported by what DMC is doing best. The German designers used the latest Aerodynamic Software to develop a body styling kit that makes the Roma even more streamlined and aerodynamically efficient. Gone are the days of analogue wind-tunnel tests which are good but bear too many factors for errors. With the new styling, the Ferrari Roma received an even more extravagant appearance. All bodywork components are manufactured from especially light yet high-strength naked carbon and given a matte or glossy coating.

The DMC front lip installs by attaching it to the production bumper. It adds needed downforce and and gives the Roma an aggressive front fascia. Downforce is well needed since the new engine spec is so powerful that the car needs an optimized stability at high speeds. The DMC side skirts attach directly to the stock side rocker panels and give the Ferrari a lower and sleeker visual stance in the side view and optimize the airflow between the front and rear wheel arches. In order to improve the rear up-lift, and thus achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, DMC enhanced the Roma with a lip spoiler on the rear trunk lid. Further upgrades are the rear diffuser insert, all which reduce rear-axle lift.

PUR WHEELS has been a long-year partner for DMC and they have produced some of the excellent wheels we have seen on DMC’s cars that were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show.  The wheel design for the Ferrari Roma is no different. The vehicle pictured in December’s press release sports black DMC alloys with brushed surface. These wheels with five delicate double spokes are mounted on the Roma’s front axle in size 9Jx21 with tires of size 255/30 ZR 21. The 12Jx22 rims on the rear axle carry tires of size 315/25 ZR 22.

The DMC sport springs are a new addition to DMC’s product line up, one however that perfectly makes sense. They are tailored specifically to these high-performance tires and lower the ride height of the Ferrari by about 35 millimeters.

As usual, DMC also fulfills the personal wishes of every customer in the cockpit with perfectly finished leather and Alcantara interiors. There is no limit when it comes to personal taste, and the the selection of colors is just as infinite as the range of designs. Depending on country of residence, this range can even include exotic leathers such as croco and others.

Porsche Taycan “GT3”

DMC Porsche Taycan GT3 Carbon Fiber Rear Wing Spoiler

After launching their first take on Porsche’s new Taycan, DMC is now back. Introducing a brand new 2022 iteration of its Aero Kit for the fully electric Porsche: Introducing the new DMC Taycan GT3.

The Taycan is one of the latest models that Porsche has launched, and it didn’t come without polarizing features. Some think its design is too much off the traditional Porsche DNA, while others have welcomed the new style. DMC, Super Car Tuner from Germany, decided to bring all sides together by creating a new Taycan, that aims to please both sides.

DMC decided for a  subtle yet aggressive with a professinal enhancement which not only supports the Taycan’s stock power, but also creates an aggressive looking beast: A carbon fiber aero-package, combined with professional 22-inch forged wheels, developed with Canadian rim manufacturer PUR WHEELS, which optimally fill out the available space under the wheel arches.

The German designers used the latest Aerodynamic Software to develop a body styling kit that makes the Taycan even more streamlined and aerodynamically efficient. Gone are the days of analogue wind-tunnel tests which are good but bear too many factors for errors. With the new aero-kit styling, the Porsche Taycan received an even more extravagant appearance. The components are manufactured from especially light yet high-strength naked carbon and give a matte or glossy coating.

In order to improve the rear up-lift, and thus achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, DMC enhanced the Tacyan with a combination of 2 spoilers on the rear trunk lid. The bigger rear wing adds needed downforce, which comes in handy when the Taycan is used on track or curvy roads during performance events. It is installed on top of a smaller duck spoiler, which also can be used stand-alone. Clients that don’t like big aero-specs will love the elegant duck spoiler which covers the OEM rear wing. It has an integrated trunk lip wing, which lightly reduces rear-axle lift and adds a sporty appearance to the rear fascia.

For clients that truly want to stand-out of the crowd, DMC is making use of its sister company ZESAD’s CNC services. The brackets that hold the wing to its base spoiler are individually crafted from forged aluminium. ZESAD can draft 3D files with the clients logo, it’s name or any other design, make the legs taller or shorter (subject to aero-calculations) and hence make a truly 1 of 1 custom product.

As for the rims, PUR WHEELS has been a long-year partner for DMC and they have produced some of the excellent wheels we have seen on DMC’s cars that were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show.  The wheel design for the Porsche Taycan is no different. Even though the vehicle pictured in this press release is not the standard DMC / PUR iteration, a full package is available on request. These wheels sport five delicate double spokes and are mounted on the Taycan’s front axle in size 10Jx22 with  11.5Jx22 on the rear.

Porsche 992 “GT3 RS 97” Concept Study by DMC

DMC Porsche 992 GT3 RS Retro Rear Wing Spoiler Carbon Fiber for Carrera and GTS

German Tuner DMC has developed a strong affinity for Porsche over the recent years. In particular the latest 992 model has received lots of attention from the Duesseldorf Engineers.

So it came to no surprise when a wealthy Chinese individual has approached the team to ask for a GT3 RS Concept Study. Since the car hasn’t been officially launched by Porsche in 2021, when the project started, DMC decided to take a visual design approach, rather than a complete package.

The idea was born to incorporate Stuttgart Retro DNA, which lead the tuner to apply the epic Porsche 997 Design.

When the 997 GT3RS was unveiled in 2006, its muscular-looking rear end concealed a wider track that not only improved directional stability but also increased the potential cornering grip. Drag was increased and top speed  reduced due to the larger rear wing as well. It was a car that was radical back then and still is nowadays, it truly became a young icon.

To recreate this retro design for the 992, DMC’s designers decided to first reverse engineer the duck wing that held the 997 GT3RS wing, and adapt it for the 992 rear base. Unlike the recent 992 GT3, which holds the wing above its center vents, the previous generations of Porsche RS cars had always installed the aerodynamic spoiler on the engine bonnet.

For the next step, DMC did a 3D scan of an original 997 GT3RS wing, and ported it’s design to match the reverse engineered duck spoiler. Just like the original, the wing is completely adaptable in angles, allowing for a variety of street, track and cruise settings.

Looking at the final result, one could beg the question – if this is necessary at all? The purpose of this project was never to create the next GT3 RS, the base car was too weak to start with. But it’s a beautiful example that shows DMC’s passion for cars, and one of their basic principles when designing their aerodynamic solutions. To create a product that doesn’t look tuned or aftermarket at all. To stay in line with the original design, instead of making something that looks slapped on. And to honour the car in questions DNA and history by using a retro approach.

The car was presented in Shanghai to a very happy client that can be sure to have a 1 of 1 concept study. DC Town lead the project locally and took some amazing photos of the unveiling, let us know in the comments what you think!
