Summary:

  • Carbon Fiber on Cherry Red Finish
  • All aerodynamic body parts in OEM Exceeding Prepeg Carbon
  • Full leather interior matching Cherry Red
  • Power increase to 615 PS and 955 Nm

DMC Germany is proud to present a breath-taking conversion of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan called “Emperor”.
Once again, the German specialist for individualised luxury cars combines the finest materials of vehicle construction with superior engine performance, self-confident looks and opulent refinements in the noble interior, thus interpreting the royal and magnificent style of the Rolls-Royce brand philosophy in a stylish and unique way.

In order to meet the high standards of visual appearance and aerodynamics, DMC’s designers subtly reshaped the Rolls-Royce-SUV. The front was kept mostly original with only a new carbon fibre lightweight bonnet, giving the Cullinan a much more dynamic face. On the sides we can find wider wheel arches that add to the original body work, making the British Car 4 cm wider on each side. In addition, the side skirts have been redesigned so that on the one hand they calm the airflow on the flanks and on the other hand they make the Cullinan appear both lower and more elongated. To reduce lift forces at the rear axle, DMC’s engineers developed an elegant spoiler lip on the original tailgate and adapted it visually to the likewise redesigned rear apron. The selective use of carbon fiber components on the entire vehicle body all around further underlines the modern and superior look of the stately Cullinan. In combination with the elegant cherry red exterior and contrasting Carbon Fiber parts, the Rolls Royce becomes a harmonious whole that is unparalleled with the original Cullinan.

To match the powerful yet luxurious appearance of the Rolls-Royce, the German tuner uses multispoke wheels in 24-inch size, specially designed for DMC and made by PUR Wheels in Canada. Thanks to special aluminium alloys this particularly light forged wheel is not only approved for higher speeds but also for high loads. DMC recommends high-performance tyres in the dimension 295/30R24 on both, the front and rear axles.
With a powerful increase in performance, the automobile couturier also intervenes in the heart of the vehicle.

The scope of this engine upgrade includes a new engine management system and a sports exhaust. This results in new, very impressive performance data for the Cullinan’s V12-cylinder engine of 615 hp (standard: 571 hp) as well as an increased torque of 955 Nm (standard: 850 Nm). This speeds the race from 0 to 100 km/h to only 4.9 seconds. The top speed of the DMC Emperor has been increased to 282 km/h.

Only the finest materials are used in the completely new leather-covered interior: high-gloss polished lacquer surfaces in the cockpit shine in an elegant way and complement the full leather interior, which is stitched in wavy lines and completely in the Cherry Red color. Precisely worked embroidery of the DMC lettering in the seats and floor mats set additional accents.

As with all DMC complete conversions, all components on and in the vehicle are thus stylishly combined to form a perfect symbiosis of luxurious flair and maximum lifestyle demands of its discerning clientele from all over the world.

Last December we showed you the renders of DMC’s 2022 new Ferrari. Now the car is on the street and first photos have emerged that we don’t want you to miss. Introducing the brand new DMC Ferrari Roma  “Fuego”!

The Roma is one of the latest models that Ferrari has launched, and it didn’t come without polarizing features. Some think it’s too much Aston Martin, while others have welcomed the new style. DMC, Super Car Tuner from Germany, decided to bring all sides together by creating a new Roma, that aims to please both sides. DMC started with an agressive engine tuning that unleashes a peak output of 708 hp and a peak torque of 888 Nm from the 3.9-liter twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine. This revised engine catapults the Roma to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and gives it a top speed 326 km/h. But the German engineers didn’t stop there. The DMC carbon aerodynamic-enhancement components not only support the additional power, but also create an aggressive looking beast. Professional 21-inch and 22-inch forged wheels, developed with Canadian rim manufacturer PUR WHEELS, optimally fill out the available space under the wheel arches. The German company’s range also includes suspension modifications as well as the customization of the interior tailored to the customer’s personal preferences.

DMC has has been performing engine tuning since 2009 to make super cars even more sporty. It has to be noted that the actual 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 in the bow of the Roma remains untouched, the performance upgrade was achieved in several steps. In order to optimize the power delivery further, the engineers of the tuner developed modified controls for the electronic engine management system. All output levels use a DMC control module, which introduces specifically calibrated mapping for injection and ignition. It also upgrades the electronic boost pressure control. These measures benefit more than just the power delivery. They also further optimize the throttle response and the powerful in-gear acceleration. When comparing with the stock Roma, the peak output of the eight-cylinder engine increases by 88 hp while peak torque grows by 128 Nm over the standard configuration. With 708 hp at 888 Nm, the Roma now sprints from 0 – 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a speed of 200 km/h after a jaw dropping 8.9 seconds. The top speed is in excess of 325 km/h. And this is supported by what DMC is doing best. The German designers used the latest Aerodynamic Software to develop a body styling kit that makes the Roma even more streamlined and aerodynamically efficient. Gone are the days of analogue wind-tunnel tests which are good but bear too many factors for errors. With the new styling, the Ferrari Roma received an even more extravagant appearance. All bodywork components are manufactured from especially light yet high-strength naked carbon and given a matte or glossy coating.

The DMC front lip installs by attaching it to the production bumper. It adds needed downforce and and gives the Roma an aggressive front fascia. Downforce is well needed since the new engine spec is so powerful that the car needs an optimized stability at high speeds. The DMC side skirts attach directly to the stock side rocker panels and give the Ferrari a lower and sleeker visual stance in the side view and optimize the airflow between the front and rear wheel arches. In order to improve the rear up-lift, and thus achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, DMC enhanced the Roma with a lip spoiler on the rear trunk lid. Further upgrades are the rear diffuser insert, all which reduce rear-axle lift.

PUR WHEELS has been a long-year partner for DMC and they have produced some of the excellent wheels we have seen on DMC’s cars that were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show.  The wheel design for the Ferrari Roma is no different. The vehicle pictured in December’s press release sports black DMC alloys with brushed surface. These wheels with five delicate double spokes are mounted on the Roma’s front axle in size 9Jx21 with tires of size 255/30 ZR 21. The 12Jx22 rims on the rear axle carry tires of size 315/25 ZR 22.

The DMC sport springs are a new addition to DMC’s product line up, one however that perfectly makes sense. They are tailored specifically to these high-performance tires and lower the ride height of the Ferrari by about 35 millimeters.

As usual, DMC also fulfills the personal wishes of every customer in the cockpit with perfectly finished leather and Alcantara interiors. There is no limit when it comes to personal taste, and the the selection of colors is just as infinite as the range of designs. Depending on country of residence, this range can even include exotic leathers such as croco and others.

Porsche Taycan “GT3”

DMC Porsche Taycan GT3 Carbon Fiber Rear Wing Spoiler

After launching their first take on Porsche’s new Taycan, DMC is now back. Introducing a brand new 2022 iteration of its Aero Kit for the fully electric Porsche: Introducing the new DMC Taycan GT3.

The Taycan is one of the latest models that Porsche has launched, and it didn’t come without polarizing features. Some think its design is too much off the traditional Porsche DNA, while others have welcomed the new style. DMC, Super Car Tuner from Germany, decided to bring all sides together by creating a new Taycan, that aims to please both sides.

DMC decided for a  subtle yet aggressive with a professinal enhancement which not only supports the Taycan’s stock power, but also creates an aggressive looking beast: A carbon fiber aero-package, combined with professional 22-inch forged wheels, developed with Canadian rim manufacturer PUR WHEELS, which optimally fill out the available space under the wheel arches.

The German designers used the latest Aerodynamic Software to develop a body styling kit that makes the Taycan even more streamlined and aerodynamically efficient. Gone are the days of analogue wind-tunnel tests which are good but bear too many factors for errors. With the new aero-kit styling, the Porsche Taycan received an even more extravagant appearance. The components are manufactured from especially light yet high-strength naked carbon and give a matte or glossy coating.

In order to improve the rear up-lift, and thus achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, DMC enhanced the Tacyan with a combination of 2 spoilers on the rear trunk lid. The bigger rear wing adds needed downforce, which comes in handy when the Taycan is used on track or curvy roads during performance events. It is installed on top of a smaller duck spoiler, which also can be used stand-alone. Clients that don’t like big aero-specs will love the elegant duck spoiler which covers the OEM rear wing. It has an integrated trunk lip wing, which lightly reduces rear-axle lift and adds a sporty appearance to the rear fascia.

For clients that truly want to stand-out of the crowd, DMC is making use of its sister company ZESAD’s CNC services. The brackets that hold the wing to its base spoiler are individually crafted from forged aluminium. ZESAD can draft 3D files with the clients logo, it’s name or any other design, make the legs taller or shorter (subject to aero-calculations) and hence make a truly 1 of 1 custom product.

As for the rims, PUR WHEELS has been a long-year partner for DMC and they have produced some of the excellent wheels we have seen on DMC’s cars that were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show.  The wheel design for the Porsche Taycan is no different. Even though the vehicle pictured in this press release is not the standard DMC / PUR iteration, a full package is available on request. These wheels sport five delicate double spokes and are mounted on the Taycan’s front axle in size 10Jx22 with  11.5Jx22 on the rear.

Porsche 992 “GT3 RS 97” Concept Study by DMC

DMC Porsche 992 GT3 RS Retro Rear Wing Spoiler Carbon Fiber for Carrera and GTS

Watch the video: CLICK HERE (4K YouTube) – Download photos: CLICK HERE (4K Images)

German Tuner DMC has developed a strong affinity for Porsche over the recent years. In particular the latest 992 model has received lots of attention from the Duesseldorf Engineers.

So it came to no surprise when a wealthy Chinese individual has approached the team to ask for a GT3 RS Concept Study. Since the car hasn’t been officially launched by Porsche in 2021, when the project started, DMC decided to take a visual design approach, rather than a complete package.

The idea was born to incorporate Stuttgart Retro DNA, which lead the tuner to apply the epic Porsche 997 Design.

When the 997 GT3RS was unveiled in 2006, its muscular-looking rear end concealed a wider track that not only improved directional stability but also increased the potential cornering grip. Drag was increased and top speed  reduced due to the larger rear wing as well. It was a car that was radical back then and still is nowadays, it truly became a young icon.

To recreate this retro design for the 992, DMC’s designers decided to first reverse engineer the duck wing that held the 997 GT3RS wing, and adapt it for the 992 rear base. Unlike the recent 992 GT3, which holds the wing above its center vents, the previous generations of Porsche RS cars had always installed the aerodynamic spoiler on the engine bonnet.

For the next step, DMC did a 3D scan of an original 997 GT3RS wing, and ported it’s design to match the reverse engineered duck spoiler. Just like the original, the wing is completely adaptable in angles, allowing for a variety of street, track and cruise settings.

Looking at the final result, one could beg the question – if this is necessary at all? The purpose of this project was never to create the next GT3 RS, the base car was too weak to start with. But it’s a beautiful example that shows DMC’s passion for cars, and one of their basic principles when designing their aerodynamic solutions. To create a product that doesn’t look tuned or aftermarket at all. To stay in line with the original design, instead of making something that looks slapped on. And to honour the car in questions DNA and history by using a retro approach.

The car was presented in Shanghai to a very happy client that can be sure to have a 1 of 1 concept study. DC Town lead the project locally and took some amazing photos of the unveiling, let us know in the comments what you think!

Ferrari 296 GTB “Squalo” by DMC (888 HP)

DMC Ferrari 296 GTB Forged Carbon Fiber Aero Kit 888 HP

German Tuner DMC has started 2022 with a bang into digital life. It’s accepting Crypto for payments, announed a Limited NFT collection in the Metaverse, and celebrates it’s new exclusive Ferrari GTB Package: Introducing the DMC 296 “Squalo”

It really seems that last year was all about NFTs and the Crypto Hype. But how does that fit into the life of a Car Tuner? With the launch of its brand new Ferrari 296 package, clients now have the choice to pay with Crypto Currencies such as BitCoin. “There have already been transactions in the past”, explains DMC’s Business Development manager Thorsten Grebers, “so it just made sense to add them as a payment option. And we are not stopping there. We have launched an exclusive NFT collection: It is not based on a Retropixel 2D image, but 3D copy of the car. As such, it can be enjoyed in the Metaverse or DMC’s own Augmented Reality app. If you are interested to learn more, visit www.DMC.ag/NFT “.

But DMC wouldn’t be able to go digital, if it hadn’t made itself a name for extreme real world cars. The 296 “Squalo”, which is Italian for Shark, is just another example for that.

The 296 is Ferraris first attempt on a V6/Electro Hybrid, which means you can choose between electricity or fossil fuel. DMC loved the idea and went to the drawing board, coming up with a package that supplements the GTB: The German tuner started with a subtle engine tuning that unleashes a peak output of 888 hp total (combined from the 3 Liter twin-turbo six-cylinder and the electric engines). The electric engines were obviously not touched, so they still supply their individual power and torque (165bhp and 232lb ft). This revised engine catapults the Roma to 200 km/h in just 7.1 seconds.

But the Engineers from Duesseldorf didn’t stop there: The DMC CFAEC (Carbon Fiber Aerodynamic Enhancement Components) not only support the additional power, but also create an aggressive looking shark, hence the name Squalo. Professional 21-inch and 22-inch forged wheels, developed with Canadian rim manufacturer PUR WHEELS, optimally fill out the available space under the wheel arches. And lastly, the company’s range also includes suspension modifications as well as the customization of the interior – tailored to the customer’s personal preferences.

PERFORMANCE

DMC has has been performing engine tuning since 2009 to make super cars even more sporty. In the 296’s case, it has to be noted that the actual 3-liter Twin-Turbo V6 in the 296 GTB remains untouched. The performance upgrade was achieved in several steps:

In order to optimize the power delivery further, the engineers of the tuner developed modified controls for the electronic engine management system. All output levels use a DMC control module, which introduces specifically calibrated mapping for injection and ignition. It also upgrades the electronic boost pressure control. These measures benefit more than just the power delivery. They also further optimize the throttle response and the powerful in-gear acceleration. When comparing with the stock 296, the peak output of the six-cylinder engine increases by 80 hp from 653 HP to 723 HP (Petrol Engine). The GTB now sprints from 0 – 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and reaches a top speed in excess of 308 km/h.

AERO-DYNAMICS

The German designers used the latest Aerodynamic Software to develop a body styling kit that makes the GTB even more streamlined and aerodynamically efficient. Gone are the days of analogue wind-tunnel tests which are good but bear too many factors for errors. With the new “Squalo” styling, the Ferrari 296 GTB received an even more extravagant appearance, while adding the downforce needed for the new power. All bodywork components are manufactured from especially light yet high-strength naked carbon and given a matte or glossy coating.

The DMC 296 Rear Spoiler adds needed downforce and and gives the GTB an aggressive rear fascia. In order to improve the rear up-lift, and thus achieve an optimal aerodynamic balance, DMC enhanced the 296 with a lip spoiler on the rear trunk lid. Further upgrades are the rear diffuser insert, all which reduce rear-axle lift.

WHEELS

PUR WHEELS has been a long-year partner for DMC and they have produced some of the excellent wheels we have seen on DMC’s cars that were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show.  The wheel design for the Ferrari 296 Squalo is no different. The vehicle pictured in this press release sports black DMC alloys with brushed surface. These wheels with five delicate double spokes are mounted on the Roma’s front axle in size 9Jx21 with tires of size 255/30 ZR 21. The 12Jx22 rims on the rear axle carry tires of size 315/25 ZR 22.

OTHER

The DMC sport springs are a new addition to DMC’s product line up, one however that perfectly makes sense. They are tailored specifically to these high-performance tires and lower the ride height of the Ferrari by about 35 millimeters. As usual, DMC also fulfills the personal wishes of every customer in the cockpit with perfectly finished leather and Alcantara interiors. There is no limit when it comes to personal taste, and the the selection of colors is just as infinite as the range of designs. Even though DMC is not particularly known for Aston Builts, they did modify cars from the Gaydon UK based brand in the the past. Loyal DMC fans may remember their DBS “Fakhuna”, so it was just a matter of time until the German Tuner decided to modify the DBX as well. DMC came up with a complete package, something the company is world reknowned for: Performance, Carbon Aero, Wheels and Exhaust. While DMC had started out in the carbon composite field, performance plays an ever growing role for the Luxury brand brand , showing that clients around the earth seek more that just style. WIth dealers in mostly every country, DMC has been able to build the new DBX not only involving their German team, but also their dealers, to cater for every individual taste.

Let’s start with a look at the revised Aerodynamic package, which we know, DMC is doing completely in-house since 2009: The team opted against a wide-body look, and decided to keep the overall appearance of the British DBX. Improved Downforce and Wind-Flow was achieved by developing elegant add-on parts that don’t come “over-the-top”. On the front, DMC was able to reduce turbulences with it’s Front Bumper tunnels. Made of purely dry prepeg Carbon Fiber, they not only function but add an aggressive look as well. Clients can opt for a glossy or matte finish and are able to receive a brand new style. A new option is to paint these parts as well, giving them more of an integrated look. If you feel that these tunnels look too seperate, think about having them painted in the same color as the Aston Martin’s body.

Putting our attention to the rear,  DMC’s engineers developed a beautiful trunk wing, and a stunning roof spoiler. Both parts work well together and improve the downforce on the DBX’s rear axle. Made from the same ultra-lightweight carbon fiber (Dry Prepeg Carbon), the also look amazing ,and come with a center V weave, that we have ever seen only on Hypercars such as Pagani and Koenigsegg. Finally, the tuners from Duesseldorf Germany also came up with a new rear diffuser. The fins that add to the stock DBX rear, have got a strong appearance and help channeling the DBX’s wind under the car, if you choose to have it race on the highway. While this may first seem off the chart, we realised that the DBX is not really made as a full-fledged SUV for All-Terrain usage – we might rather see it infront of London’s luxury hotels or – on highways around the world.

DMC’s long-year partner PUR WHEELS also supported this project with a new set of DBX rims. It is the same design we saw on last week’s Roma, will it be used on all of DMC’s 2022 product launches. The wheels come in Dimensions of 10×24″ (Front) and 12.5×24″ (Rear) with suitable tyre specs of 295/30R24 and 355/25R24. These improve the sporty feeling, and also give an overall fuller appearance for the wheel arches. While the finish on the wheels shown above is matte black, there is no limit when it comes to client’s choices.

Let’s have a look at the strongest part of DMC’s DBX package. The best part of Aston Martin’s SUV is its V8 Twin Turbo Engine. DMC came up with a brand new Engine Management (ECU), bigger Turbo-Loaders, a Sport-Filter and a new ultra-lightweight exhaust system. DMC works with PP-Performance for ECU Tuning, has an in-house CNC facility (ZESAD GmbH) in Germany for the Turbo Loaders, and uses iPE Technology from Taiwan for its exhaust replacements. After the combined efforts of these brands, DMC was able to upgrade the performance to 808 PS (up from 505 PS), as well as an improved 1.000 Nm torque (Up from 700 Nm). This makes us remember the diffuser fins that originally seems out of place on the DBX, but now make even more so sense on such beast. In summary, the DBX now achieves a new Vmax of 328 km/h while reaching 0 to 60 mpH in only 3,8s.

The package is finalised with an exclusive interior refinement. Using italian fine leathers, wood trims and carbon fiber, DMC creates each client’s individual dream cabin. Literally, the sky is the limit when it comes to choices or colors and materials, everything is possible, and each part that can be removed, will be removed to undergo a revision. Plenty of buttons and trims are available as a small package, a redesigned steering wheel adds on to complete a medium package, or the whole interior can be redone for the VIP package. Small and Medium Projects can be done remotely, but the car needs to be shipped to Germany if a whole interior make-over is requested.

With the absence of new Lamborghini Models, German Tuner DMC is concentrating on the pranking horse of Maranello. Introducing the brand new Ferrari Roma 2022 “Fuego”!

DMC had an immense hit with their 488 Ferrari package, a popular aerodynamic package among GTB owners. When the F8 Tributo came to market, it was just a matter of time for DMC to bring on a successor. Today, releasing the Ferrari F8 Tributo “Estremo”, the Germans give us an insight on this new beast which wants to continue its siblings previous success story.

First thing that takes our attention is DMC’s continued quest to design kits that don’t look tuned. Looking at their aerodynamic package, the car infront of us could very well be mistaken for a F8 “Pista” from the original Ferrari Factory. All lines from DMC are in absolute harmony with the shape of the OEM parts, ready to drop jaws.

When we pay more attention to detail, we immediate notice that the wing is quite smaller compared with their previous 488 package, but boy does it still look good! Made from Prepeg Carbon Fiber, as all components of the kit, DMC’s spoiler adds around 100 KG of downforce with an aggressive appearance.

Right under it, the German’s have paid an homage to Ferrari’s classic design, adding a carbon fiber fascia between the blacked out (details!) rear lights. It gives us goosebumps and reminds without doubt to the early days of the Classic F360.

To our surprise, the Rear Diffuser has been mostly kept OEM, with just a slight enlargement of the diffuser’s fins. DMC argues that the OEM car has an amazing aero spec already, giving a perfect road stability. Well we certainly don’t mind the fact that it now comes in ultra-light weight carbon, shredding off some weight. And the diffuser really looks great as it came from factory Ferrari.

Moving over to the sides, we see DMC’s newly developed Side Skirts, and slowly understand how they manage to keep the original look. Besides following the car original body’s lines as we mentioned earlier, we do see DMC’s integration of original classic Ferrari shapes.

The sides skirts are add on parts that remind us of the 458 Speciale, yet larger and adopted to the F8 Tributo’s improved aero specs that DMC explains, was completely developed by wind-tunnel software.

The front fascia has received a complete transformation as well, even though no parts were replaced. Significantly the head lights have been partially covered to adopt the FXX style appearance we saw on previous Ferrari creations. Right below them, we find two bumper vents that have received grill covers, adding to the aggressive new look. The kit is completed with a set of add-on Front Lip Carnards. They widen the appearance of the DMC F8 “Estremo” and reduce wind turbulences that may appear near the front wheels.

The aerodynamic kit was created to support DMC’s engine modification. While the stock F8 is able to perform at 710 HP, the Germans from Dusseldorf have once again shown that they are the master of ECU modification by pushing it up to 788 HP. This increased power train pushes the maximum speed from stock 340 KM/H to 350 KM/H, which is also achieved by a modified Exhaust System. The ride from 0-100 KM/H (0-62 mp/h) was slightly improved from 2.9 to 2.8 seconds.
