Refund Policy

At DMC, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers. We understand, however, that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only accepted from private buyers, not from commercial dealers. Commercial dealers may request a store credit if the case is accepted by DMC.
  • Private buyers can return our products to DMC dealers if they purchased locally and request a refund, or if they bought in our web-shop under these terms:

2. Web-Shop Purchases:

  • Standard Products: If a standard product was bought and shipped to the client, refunds are accepted. The client must cover the shipping costs back to DMC to initiate the refund process. In the case of a damage or loss during shipping to the client, we include an insurance package, and clients need to claim potential damages or loss of products with the shipping company.   • Custom Products: No return or refund is possible for custom-ordered products. Only if there is damage or loss during shipping, the same procedure applies as for standard products, therefore please read on here for more details on insurcance claims.

3. Shipping Disclaimer: DMC is a manufacturing and engineering powerhouse, not a shipping company. While we offer help to access shipping services to our clients, whether its price was included in the product (free shipping) or paid separately, it’s crucial to note that this is a separate service provided by the shipping company. It aims to facilitate a smoother experience for our clients to enjoy DMC Luxury products globally. Shipping prices will not be refunded. A refund will therefore only be partial if the shipping price was included, or you would only get the product price refunded if shipping was paid separately.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order details, including the reason for the refund request.
  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on shipping the product back to us.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
