However, we will do our best to offer logistic services to our clients, so that they can enjoy our products. Please note this is a 3rd party service and DMC’s responsibility ends with the handover of the goods to the freight-agent. Trust us though, all shipments are insured by premium insurance.

We collaborate with premier courier services such as DHL and UPS, as well as specialized logistic freight agents for air and ocean cargo. Once your goods are prepared, we will provide a detailed shipping offer and can also furnish an advance estimate for planning purposes.
Tax and Duty
It is important for dealers to consider potential taxes and duties upon the arrival of products in your country. Our team is equipped to assist in optimizing customs declarations—labeling items under alternative classifications or at a reduced value if requested to facilitate smoother customs processing.
After the goods arrived
Courier and Express
Courier / Express shipments are shipping door-to-door, there is nothing else you need to handle.
Air and Ocean Cargo
Both air and ocean shipments can be retrieved at the designated airport or harbor. Our German freight agent ROHLIG LOGISTICS has offices around the world and offers comprehensive post-arrival services including customs clearance and last-mile delivery, typically for an approximate fee of $500. You can, in most cases, also go to the airport to pick up the goods yourself, avoiding this addional agent fee.
This seamless integration of shipping logistics ensures that DMC clients can receive their products efficiently and are well-prepared to meet the final delivery needs of our discerning clientele.
What is free shipping?
Free shipping can be one of a number or shipping methods. It depends on the product size and weight, but also in the destination status.
When available, DMC always will try its best to ship items for free by Express Courier. The standard courier chosen for free express shipments is EMS. UPS, DHL, FedEx and Aramex are non-standard shipping methods that are occasionally offered for free, but typically need to be paid in full or partial by the client, if the standard shipping method is not available.
Larger items will be shipped by Air-cargo, which then arrive either at the destination country’s largest airport, or if feasable at the airport nearest to the client. The customer may consider picking up the good by himself at the airport, but our logistic partner, often ROHLIG LOGISTICS, has offices in every country and will call the customer when then products arrived at the airport to offer a reasonable LAST-MILE transport to his home or office.
Extra Large items will be shipped by Sea-Cargo, which then arrive either at the destination country’s largest port, or if feasable at the port nearest to the client. The customer may consider picking up the good by himself at the port, but our logistic partner, often ROHLIG LOGISTICS, has offices in every country and will call the customer when then products arrived at the port to offer a reasonable LAST-MILE transport to his home or office.
Some countries may be excempt from free shipping. DMC keeps the right to decide on actual shipping costs if the situation requires it.
