Here comes a Bad Santa (Merry Xmas from DMC)

Click for the high-res image

DMC is teaming up with Bad Santa to deliver this year’s christmas gifts and greetings. Apparently the cooler version of Santa Claus is riding a DMC Ferrari F12, and we kind of understand the choice – it’s fast and powerful.

The DMC F12 was built by GT Auto in Spain, and Alex Stroker is the artist behind the photos. The combination of all these created indeed the sickest X-Mas Ride we’ve seen since DMC’s SnowTransporter Lambo for Jon Ollsson (CLICK HERE). Full of stunning Carbon Fiber parts with an addition Engine Tuning that results in 840 HP instead of standard 740 HP.

We and DMC wish you all a Merry X-Mas, may you have a wonderful and peaceful time with your loved ones and ride well into a good and healthy New Year!

Forged Carbon Fiber Bucket Race Seat by DMC

Alcantara Pads on the Forged Carbon Fiber Bucket Seat

“Many car enthusiasts are familiar with DMC, whether by seeing one of their modified Lamborghinis on the street, or in the Geneva Motor Show” says Thorsten Grebers, Marketing Manager of the DMC Luxury Group. “However, classic Porsches are not commonly associated with the German Tuner. It may come as a surprise that they are actually working on an ultra-light weight, full carbon fiber Porsche 993. And one particular item of this on-going project has been so popular on their Social Media that it now becomes available as a stand-alone project. Introducing the new DMC Bucket Seats for all car brands, from Porsche, to BMW, AMG and others.

Stitched Leather Pads on the Forged Carbon Fiber Bucket Seat

The Germany company’s history dates back to 1956, when the CEO’s father started tuning VW Beetles in after-war Germany. For 60 years he worked on cars but primarily for others, until his son decided to formally open a company. As an homage to his fathers work and with passion to modify supercars, DMC was registered officially in 2009.

The company began tuning Lamborghini’s, and quickly became a reference in the world of bull lovers. In 2014, their work was first shown on the TopMarques Expo in Monaco and was quickly followed by a participation in Geneva 2015++, the world’s biggest and most renowned Motor Show.

In 2018, the company opened an Asian office in Bangkok Thailand, where it’s love for the German brand Porsche started. And ever since, the dream to built a classic, ultra-light weight Porsche 993 was on the engineers’ minds. Besides changing the whole body to Carbon Fiber, one step was be to develop a lighter interior. This meant making an ultra light-weight seat, that’s still comfortable.

Once the first teaser of the race seat was shown, the product quickly went viral. DMC decided to make it available, not only for the classic Porsche but for other brands as well. From BMW, AMG to other brands. Safety, ergonomics, quality and design remained the core of this project. The DMC vision, “Making good things better”, stems from the company’s and aerodynamics philosophy, and now extends to its new ergonomic seating division.

Together with renowned scientists and physicians, DMC Seating designers and engineers create seats that offer comfort and support for race enthusiasts, just as their Aerodynamic kits have been  for a decade. To illustrate the company’s commitment to delivering comfort with speed, their new seat will also offer LOMBARD support, designed by a German Physio-Therapist. The Carbon Shell is TUV Certified and the cushion pads can be ordered in an array of materials. Wide Body Lamborghini Urus by DMC

DMC has been tuning Lamborghinis for 7 years, and made itself a name for creating kits that are aggressive, yet stay in line with the original design. In short, the designers from Germany strive to come up with a revised product that looks like something the original factory could have , or maybe should have made. Today, we are especially excited to introduce you to the DMC-X URUS STAGE 1 (WIDE BODY)

The regular Urus already is a car that takes attention. With its massive dimensions, Lamborghini re-entered the SUV market with a monster of a car. Let’s take a close look at what DMC did to improve on it, without giving the impression that the car had been tempered with, shall we?

Let’s start with the the scary part, because it’s the one you can’t see. DMC had been able to push the Urus’ performance to 800 HP. Compared with the standard 640 hp, the additional power comes with more torque from the standard  850 Newton-meters to 914 Nm. The top speed has been upgraded by  three-tenths of a second from the sprint to 100 Km/H, which now takes only 3.3 seconds.

The car’s body has been extended by 120 mm, and before you ask, that’s 60 mm each side. We wouldn’t dare to imagine what 240 mm would have looked like. It’s a splendid point to underline our introduction, DMC tries to keep the look at a factory OEM style, and the 60×2 mm really look integrated. It’s more than a design philosophy, it’s DMC’s culture to build cars that don’t look “tuned”. Hence the vision to be “Making Good Things Better”.

The Body Extension focused on each wheel arch, and attaches to the original connection points. Each arch is divided into 3-4 sub-panels, each following the Urus’ original body split lines, eg. for the door. Each panel consists of AirCell, a new product that is made in Sweden. AirCell is a material that is amazingly strong but consists of nearly 95% air. It’s is already used in Airplane Applications and it’s advantages can now be enjoyed by DMC Customers. They can choose to get it primered, ready for paint, or enclosed in Forged Carbon Fiber. It’s operating temperature accepts an unbelievanle -200° C to +70° C, making it suitable for the

On the front customer can choose a carbon fiber front hood that has been re-engineered with two vents. These not only look aggressive, but also support a better cooling. Shown in our photos above is the painted version, but it’s going to look extremely good in exposed forged carbon fiber. When compared with the factory hood, there’s one more advantage, and that’s weight. DMC was able to shed off a significant amount , making the car lighter and hence improving the monster’s performance.

To complete the package, the german engineers have created an extremely elegant trunk spoiler. The wing attaches under the read window and improves the windflow as well as downforce. It can be ordered in the car’s original body colour or in forged carbon, which we think will look really stunning in combination with the other items.

For the wheels, the luxury tuner suggests 22” or 24” sizes. If required the rims can even be painted individually. The 24-inch options are ultra-light, forged wheels that comes in 10×24 inch and 12.5×24 inch to the front and rear respectively. They would be fitted with massive tires in 295/30R24 and 355/25R24 size.

At last, DMC have developed a unique performance exhaust system for the extraordinary Lamborghini Urus. Improving throttle response and reducing weight, the system has been crafted to compliment the Urus’ versatile strengths. At low revs, the sound is civilised and contained, but, keeping in line with its supercar roots, at high revs the volume of a true supercar is unleashed.

Package prices start at 9990 USD for the Wide Body Kit and can total 59990 USD if you take the complete above package including wheels, carbon fiber refinement, exhaust and ECU Tune. Interior is not included, but the options here are limit-less, and same goes for the price. If you love a carbon leather steering wheel or a croco- / python-leather cabin, DMC will listen and take notes. We can’t wait what these options will look like, but one thing is for sure, they are going to be epic.

DMC Limited Edition Huracan Omaggio LP1080

While many of the more renowned tuners have tried entering the Lamborghini market, Luxury refiner DMC is developing their Lamborghini kits faster than ever these days. One of the kits that showcased the German Tuners dedication to the italian brand is their Omaggio kit, which was just spotted in Beirut Lebanon.

Click the image to open the 4K photo

Developed together with Saudi Company KIT & KIT, the Huracan we see here is a monster. Only ten (10!) of the Omaggio builds are going to be licensed, a very strict Limited Edition, for a few chosen customers. This one in white is a particular beautiful model we feel, no other color contrasts the stunning carbon fiber better in out opinion.

Click the image to open the 4K photo

The most prominent part of the kit is the replacement front bumper, leading the top version of Lamborghini’s Baby Lamborghini. But looking at it, we feel suppressed to talk about a Little Lambo, the new design looks as fierce as it could be. And may we say, this is not simply a piece of carbon added to the OEM front, the whole bumper unit is made of amazing dry carbon fiber. The added openings on the bumper’s left and right provide aerodynamics and tunnel air towards the rear side scoops, improving the overall performance.

The Omaggio package usually also comes with 21/22″ replacement wheels. The massive, black Y-spoke wheels certainly complete the look of this DMC Lamborghini LP610, 20 inch up front and 21 inch at the rear with wide 255/30ZR20 and 325/25ZR21 respectively. And there are more carbon fiber parts such as side skirts, rear wing, a new rear bumper plus diffuser. The client shown here has decided to go with other aftermarket options that look nice as well. Leave us a comment what you think about it?

The real treat however comes with the Performance Package that DMC offers:

The car is available with a 1088 hp option which is achieved with a new set of twin-turbos, a reprogrammed ECU, new wiring, gear setup and it doesn’t even stop here. If you prefer a quick performance upgrade, you may opt for DMC’s LP680 package which is based on chip-tuning solely.

DMC Limited Edition McLaren 720s with 1000 hp

DMC  has released a new picture of their upcoming Limited Edition McLaren 720s. Dubbed as “Rhein”, the car will be massively upgraded. Upon other features, it stands out with its 1000 hp performance kit and a brand new body package. It will be available to 10 applicants world wide only, with prices starting at 19990 USD for the bumper kit, or 89990 USD for the full package. The latter one comes with a replacement Wing Spoiler that can be installed without glue or drilling, side skirts, rear diffuser and much more. Components are made from Carbon Fiber, DMC’s favourite material.

The 10 sets are going to be allocated to a set of owners that all have to bear different colours. This way there will only be one black, one red etc. globally. There’s also a Limitation on buyers per country. After a successful application, if DMC accepts you as buyer, there will only be 2 cars for the mainland China, 1 for Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macau, 1 for Dubai, 1 for Russia, 1 for Korea, 1 for Japan, 1 for South East Asia, 1 for Switzerland and 1 for North America. And if you are wondering if there’s no slot for Europe, then you are right. The German Tuner has confirmed that this package is not available to buyers from the old world.

Interiors are going to be 100% individual, but the color set are going to match the exterior of the car.

Performance wise, the car will receive a massive 1000 hp package. The factory turbocharges are disassembled and fully inspected.  The compressor cover and center cartridge are then machined to accept a 5-axis CNC machined impeller wheel which despite being substantially larger, weighs the same as the factory cast impeller wheel. The new impeller wheel supports greater power levels than the factory unit with little to no sacrifice in spool and response thanks to its light weight construction.  The turbochargers are then reassembled with new seals and bearings, then fully balanced for smooth operation and OEM service life.  All the OEM oil and coolant lines bolt right up making for a simple install.

Stay tuned for more information, we will inform you as soon as details come in!

DMC Huracan LP580 “Giro”

Normally we only show you the conversions, worth to point out in the crowd of beautiful Lamborghinis. The cars that wear the complete DMC kit, especially those with Limited Editions. Today marks a bit of a special occasion you may say though.

DMC had been the first German tuner to modify the Lamborghini Huracan. But they never touched the LP580. Maybe the car was too niche, official reasons were never given. But with the growing market share of DMC’s kit in the Huracan segment, voices never stopped demanding the same kit for the the rear wheel driven biest from St. Agata.

Today, the Germans finally launch a kit for the LP580. The most significant part of such  is a front lip. The bumper looks different than the LP610, hence an individual part supporting downforce is crucial for both looks as well as aerodynamics.

Also included in this program is the iconic DMC wing. It comes from the previous Huracan kits and fits wonderfully to this niche model. It is German TUV certified and can be set to 3 different aerodynamic angles: GT-, Cruise- and Fun-Mode. It compliments a great car and supplies excitement to its owner. The package also includes a set of side skirts that are derived from the same base DMC offering as the wing, which also goes for the forged wheels and the engine modification.

DMC Huracan LaMazzo

Click photo for larger image

It still seems like yesterday when DMC was the first to launch an aftermarket aerodynamic package for the Lamborghini Huracan. In reality that was 5 years ago though, and the German tuner has since added new parts to the Italian Baby Bull frequently.

Click photo for larger image

Today we received news that they launch not one, but two new wing spoilers for the LP610 and its siblings. But while one of them is still secret (Teaser coming soon), we hereby share you details about the LaMazzo. DMC had the option to add a Performante Style Front bumper for a while.

Click photo for larger image

Customers had been asking for a more complete package, and DMC listened. The company is adding the rear fascia to their product line up, making it possible for clients to change their good (old?) Huracan to Performante Style.

Click photo for larger image

An update to the engine programming, achieves an ECU performance update as well, adding the additional power that Performante original owners enjoy.

Click the photo for larger image

DMC is sure though that the best selling item of the kit will be the wing spoiler. Thorsten Grebers, media spokesman of DMC Germany told us that every other email coming in, is asking about a possibility to upgrade the wing to Performante look.

Click the photo for larger image

It should be noted that the photos above are showing an original Performante, but DMC’s package is ready to launch in early February 2019. A preview of the wing can be seen above, there’s even a design option to fit it without changing the engine cover.
