The iconic, Limited Edition ZESAD Exhaust System”Edizione-GT” for the Lamborghini Aventador Series, made from Gold or Blue Purple Titanium. ZESAD products are certified by TUV, a German government approved authority for car safety standards.
The Lamborghini Aventadors are superb looking cars however their sound could be more aggressive. Especially when comparing it with old Murcielago sibling, it can be a little tame due to new regulations in EU. We aim to change that with our new range of Limited Edition Titanium Exhausts. The ZESAD Exhaust System really is the finisher to any car tuning spec. The LP700 from factory has quite a tame sounding exhaust, that really doesn’t do a proper Lamborghini any justice. The ZESAD creation attached to the OEM points but thanks to being in Steel or Titanium, it not only has a more aggressive look but also weights less. At the same time it still keeps the basic OEM style, not looking aftermarket at all.
About ZESAD Exhausts
Our Exhaust Systems are made up from either Stainless Steel T304 or lightweight and strong Titanium, produced via vacuum infusion giving both great strength and superior finish. Once the part has been produced and pulled from the mould, it is checked and tested thoroughly before heading to individual color finish. Each part is inspected further and checked for tolerances before being hand and machine polished.
Our line up of exhaust system have the capability to produce an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration, and a more subdued sound for city driving with our patented ZESAD valves where applicable. At lower engine speeds and during cruise operation the valves are closed and produce a deeper exhaust note. At wide-open throttle the valves open, releasing the full symphony of the highly tuned engine.

The general OEM system weighs 19.9kg while DMC exhausts in general weigh in at around 4.2kg (80% lighter than the stock system on average).
The opening or closing of the ZESAD valves are controlled by the engine ECU, therefore working in the same way that the original exhaust was designed to function. The OEM vacuum pipes fit directly into the ZESAD valve system where applicable.
ZESAD Exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured utilizing advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory, designed in Germany. Each system is made of either high-grade T304 Stainless Steel or TItanium, and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).
Install:
This is a replacement part. The exhaust system is designed to be installed directly into existing OEM mounting points. We estimate around 180 minutes to fit.
Color and Coat:
ZESAD Products come in silver if T304 Stainless Steel, or a choice of Silver, Blue or Gold if Titanium. They also get free Coating on all Exhaust items, please leave a note at check out which color you like. If you don’t specify we will add a standard one. However we suggest you to add one additional layer to match your country’s weather requirements as humidity differ throughout the world.
