Built from TIG-welded T304 stainless steel or ultra-lightweight titanium. Engineered in Germany, tested under high-load conditions, and optimized for heat dissipation and flow efficiency.

OEM Compatibility

This system is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory G63 AMG exhaust, retaining all original mount points. Optional valvetronic modules provide adjustable volume control.

Mercedes Benz OEM systems weigh 19.9kg on average while ZESAD exhausts in general weigh in at around 4.2kg (80% lighter than the stock system on average).  

The opening or closing of the ZESAD valves, where available, are controlled by the engine ECU, therefore working in the same way that the original exhaust was designed to function. The OEM vacuum pipes fit directly into the ZESAD valve system where applicable.

ZESAD Exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured utilizing advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory, designed in Germany. Each system is made of either high-grade T304 Stainless Steel, and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).

Install:

This is a replacement part. The exhaust system is designed to be installed directly into existing OEM mounting points. We estimate around 180 minutes to fit.

Color and Coat:

ZESAD Products come in silver if T304 Stainless Steel, or a choice of Silver, Blue or Gold if Titanium. They also get free Coating on all Exhaust items, please leave a note at check out which color you like. If you don’t specify we will add a standard one. However we suggest you to add one additional layer to match your country’s  weather requirements as humidity differ throughout the world.

Attention:

Some models of the G63 will need an OBD Module to erase error messages. Use the ZESAD OBD2 ECU Flasher or other brands to erase any errors!
