For the Huayra steering wheel program, our craftsmen begin with the philosophy that every driver deserves a cockpit that reflects their personality.
The original wheel becomes the foundation for a bespoke transformation.
Carbon fiber can be reimagined in numerous expressions — from deep gloss weaves that mirror the Huayra’s structural carbon architecture, to matte finishes that echo the understated elegance of aerospace materials. Forged carbon introduces a more contemporary aesthetic, while tinted fibers allow subtle plays of light beneath the lacquer.
Around this structure, the tactile surfaces come to life.
Hand-selected leather, chosen for its natural grain and softness. Alcantara that evokes the spirit of motorsport. Stitching laid carefully by artisans, thread by thread, in colors that may whisper quietly or speak boldly within the cockpit.
Some owners request subtle refinements.
Others pursue a more dramatic reinterpretation.
The wheel can be reshaped to include a flattened lower section, improving ergonomics while introducing a modern visual balance — a detail inspired by racing machinery yet perfectly at home within the Huayra’s sculptural interior.

Gel Coat:
DMC Products come with a free Gloss or Matte Coating on all Carbon Fiber items, please leave a note at check out which one you like. If you don’t specify we will add a gloss base layer. However we suggest you to add one additional layer to match your country’s local UV and weather requirements as they differ throughout the world. We also suggest to wax, polish and seal the item further, even though we include a base seal of high quality carnauba product. This can be protective in regions that have high humidity or rain.
