Description
The iconic DMC 750s wing is an active add-on to your OEM spoiler. It’s available with base spoiler so that no drilling is needed.
From the factory, McLaren offer an MSO Carbon pack for the 750s series, one of those Carbon parts is the rear spoiler. However, we felt that it’s not aggressive enough. Manufacturers often tend to charge extremely high prices for carbon fibre options, we however bring carbon parts to the market at a sensible price without compromising quality but still maintaining the aggressive look.
The carbon rear spoiler is made up of lightweight and strong carbon fibre via vacuum infusion. The spoiler once made is then finished off in a high gloss lacquer, after which the carbon is hand polished and sealed in with a very high carnauba content wax, to give both depth and protection.
Install:
The spoiler is a direct replacement of the old wing. We do supply a fitting guide to aid with the installation process. Professional fitting is still recommended for those who have not had previous experience with installing spoilers or carbon parts. If you choose to add the optional base deck, then there is NO DRILLING needed, there is NO GLUE needed, since this part is not just the spoiler but comes with the complete base wing, which is an exact copy of the OEM, hence sits on the same Screw Positions.
Gel Coat:
DMC Products come with a free Gloss or Matte Coating on all Carbon Fiber items, please leave a note at check out which one you like. If you don’t specify we will add a gloss base layer. However we suggest you to add one additional layer to match your country’s local UV and weather requirements as they differ throughout the world. We also suggest to wax, polish and seal the item further, even though we include a base seal of high quality carnauba product. This can be protective in regions that have high humidity or rain.
