Logistics Partner Guidelines for Goods Pickup at DMC
Dear Logistics Partner,
Thank you for collaborating with DMC Exotic Car Tuning Limited about your client’s shipment. While DMC typically manages shipping directly to clients, we also accommodate third-party freight agents like yourself as a service option. This document outlines the necessary costs, responsibilities, and guidelines associated with third-party pickups to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
General Terms for Third-Party Freight Agents
1. Ex-Works Policy
- All third-party shipments are handled under Ex-Works (EXW) terms.
- DMC’s responsibility ends when goods are handed over to your appointed courier.
- Clients choosing their own logistics partner must ensure their freight agent is aware of this arrangement.
2. Documentation
- DMC does not prepare or fill in any export or shipping documents by default.
- If documentation is required, DMC offers this service at a cost of €75 / HKD 750 / CNY 575 per form
3. Warehouse Door Fee
- A door fee is charged for pickups at DMC premises
- The fee per document is €30 / HKD 300 / CNY 250
4. Receiving Warehouse Door Fees
- For shipments arranged by DMC to a courier’s warehouse, DMC will not pay door fees to receiving warehouses.
- Clients or receiving warehouses must be informed to accept goods without any additional fees.
- Public truck companies like SF Express, which DMC uses, cannot pay these fees on our behalf.
Pickup Locations
1. German Warehouse
- Our German warehouse is normally used solely for local shipments within Germany.
- Any shipments that may be cleared on a case-by-case for international transfer will be subject to 19% VAT and 25% CT prior to departure.
2. Miami Warehouse
Direct pickup is not permitted as the goods are stored in a bonded warehouse (imported from Germany).
DMC can ship the goods to your courier’s warehouse using UPS.
All shipments from our Miami warehouse adhere to the previous guidelines regarding door fees and exWorks terms.
3. Hong Kong Warehouse
Direct pickup is not permitted as the goods are stored in a bonded warehouse (imported from Germany).
DMC can ship the goods to your courier’s warehouse using SF Express.
All shipments from our Hong Kong warehouse adhere to the previous guidelines regarding door fees and exWorks terms.
4. Mainland China Warehouse
- Goods can be picked up from our China facility.
- Please note that DMC does not provide an Export Licence for exWorks shipments.
- Export Declaration is not available for these exWorks shipment, please ship to Hong Kong or arrange your own.
- For all third-party shipments, DMC will not be named as the exporter on any documents. As DMC has no control over other goods within the same shipment, this measure ensures compliance and protection for our company.

- 对于DMC将货物运至货运代理仓库的情况，DMC将 不支付收货仓库的门费。
- 客户或收货仓库需提前知晓并同意接收货物时不附加任何费用。
- DMC使用的公共货运公司（如顺丰）无法代替我们支付任何门费。
提货地点
1. 中国仓库
- 货物可从DMC位于中国的仓库提取。
- 请注意：DMC 不提供出口许可证，因该服务为工厂交货（EXW）。
2. 香港仓库
- 无法直接提货，因货物存储于保税仓库（从德国进口）。
- DMC可通过顺丰将货物运送至您的货运代理仓库。
- 香港仓库出货同样遵循上述关于门费和工厂交货条款的要求。
出口方声明
- 所有第三方货运代理的提货中，DMC不会作为任何文件上的出口方。
- 鉴于DMC无法控制同一批次运输中的其他货物，此措施旨在确保合规性并保护公司利益。
