Influencers play a distinctive role in DMC’s marketing strategy, distinct from that of our Ambassadors. While Ambassadors embody the core values and strengths of our brand through their genuine love and purchase of DMC products, Influencers are engaged primarily for their significant reach and influence within the automotive industry. These are temporary yet impactful collaborations aimed at amplifying our presence and showcasing our products to a broader audience.

To qualify as a DMC Influencer, an individual typically needs to have at least 1 million followers or demonstrate a substantial impact on the automotive industry. Each potential influencer undergoes a thorough evaluation to ascertain their suitability for our brand, after which they may receive benefits ranging from a small discount—equivalent to a Dealer Level 1—to a full sponsorship, which might include providing a product free of charge.

However, it is important to note that Influencers are responsible for covering their own shipping and installation costs. Furthermore, our collaboration with influencers is formalized through a contract that stipulates specific obligations. These requirements often include the production of professional-grade photos and videos, and the execution of collaboration posts with DMC, ensuring that every promotional effort aligns with our brand’s high standards and aesthetic.

At DMC, loyalty is a cornerstone of our business philosophy, particularly as it pertains to our relationships with importers, dealers, and resellers. We understand the industry challenges, where some brands might not honor exclusivity with their dealers, or where dealers might not remain committed to their brands. To address these challenges and foster a mutually beneficial environment, we have instituted the “Loyal Ladder System.”

This structured system is designed to reward dedication and ensure fair treatment for all our partners. Each partner begins at Level 1, with the opportunity to ascend to Level 7 based on their engagement and purchases. Advancement through the levels is a testament to a partner’s commitment, offering increasingly favorable terms and benefits.

To maintain the integrity and competitiveness of our network, we reassess the levels annually. Should a partner not engage in any purchase activities within a year, their level might be adjusted downward. This policy is in place to protect active partners, ensuring that those who continue to invest in and support DMC retain their earned benefits and status. Conversely, this adjustment allows us to accommodate and encourage new active participants in the network.
